the action is terrific the emotion of frantic battle and their clear belief in imminent victory despite their losses is palpable...the faces need a little work, that guy in the middle, specifically his teeth draw a lot of attention and don't look like they belong. the commissar and everyone in the background look great maybe think of blurring him a little or darkening his face
Sigh... I am High Lord Therix, of Terra, Solar Class clearance. Heresy is the deviation from one's religious views. The Terran Edict at no point states that space marines make everything better, and since the observation is on that subject, I would say heresy doesn't come into this. You may grovel to an Inqusitior about my execution - I expect he will be happy to hang himself and save me the trouble of hunting him down.
At least we know the art of subtlety more so than you, Ork. Do you realise that you just screamed your location on a planet teeming with guardsmen? One Ork is still a problem, but guardsmen are expendable...and five thousand years I have seen. Killing me will find no easy task.
OOC: Don't worry, I'm happy to oblige. A bit of good rp is always fun.
"You might want to check your weapon, Ork, that's not a gun. You picked up a tree-stump there." *flicks out shuriken pistol and bolt pistol, clips ready, speaking into a microphone* ["Insurgents within the camp, converge on my location. Only Orks, but you can't be to careful."] *flicks off the communicator* "Right then greenskin, lets see if you're 'Ork' enough to beat me." *explosive blasts and whinings erupt from the weapons in equal measure as both fire in unison*
It can be forgiven. My 'brothers' are not so lenient, but it has been many a year since I have taken their council. They sit upon thrones with power around them, yet I am the only one who seems to lend my support to the Imperium itself.
You don't have to be a cook to know that a soup is shitty, and it's the same with art and pictures, if something is bad, you shouldn't have to be the artist to point it out, al criticism, no matter blunt or delicate, gives an artist incentive to improve.
True..true. Still. >_> Oh well, no sense in arguing about it. I'm just that kind of person that tries to be nice, and if I were to give criticism, I would at least make my statement sound like I'm trying not to be rude, instead of the simple "This art is bad." Or "The lighting is crap." That's not quite criticism. That's just saying it sucks, and most likely makes the artist feel bad if they really thought the piece was good. True, it can encourage them to improve, but most people (that care about the piece) would take it the wrong way.
